PunchFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PunchFlow ("the Service"), operated by Sulphurtech International Services Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PunchFlow is a web-based punch list management tool designed for construction teams. It allows users to import Bluebeam markup exports, manage punch items, assign tasks, track progress, and generate reports.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in PunchFlow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your project data, punch lists, or construction documents. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, or using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sulphurtech International Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
